Average Heart Rate = 162 bpm
So three positives from tonight's run, 1) I have improved my PB by nearly a minute (54 seconds to be precise) and 2) my average heart rate was reduced which hopefully means my cardio fitness is also improving and 3) I ran the whole course once again, in fact I even tried a bit of interval training inbetween lamp-posts and it's obviously this that has made the difference.
Hill training on Thursday? Bring it on!
